Various type of workshops successfully completed at Government College of Education, Faridkot

Under the Vocationalization and Skill Orientation Programs Scheme of the Higher Education Department, various workshops were organized for the students of the college at Desh Bhagat Pandit Chetan Dev Government College of Education, Faridkot under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Manjit Singh and Executive Principal Prof. Manju Kapoor. Program Coordinator Prof. Sandeep Singh said that these workshops started from January 13 and continued till February 8, 2025. During this, 20 hours of training related to Artificial Intelligence were given to the students in different groups, along with this, 40 hours of training related to sewing, embroidery and fabric painting were also given to the students. During these workshops, the equipments were provided by the college. Prof. Baltej Singh from Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Mr. Jashan Sharma from Z Labs, Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur from Seerat Boutique, Instructors Mrs. Rajinder Kaur and Mrs. Inderjit Kaur from Government I. T. I. (A.J.) visited as resource persons. Certificates were distributed by the Principal to the resource persons and participating students in the workshops. All the professors and students of the college were present on this occasion. we would distribute the certificates to the students and pay the enough amount of fees to the teachers who taught students during workshop
