Morning Assembly

A weekly participatory assembly that builds communication, awareness and shared institutional discipline.

Practice Overview

Morning Assembly is conducted every Thursday in the college where students and teachers participate together. The programme is organized on current topics and social issues, giving students an opportunity to refine their communication, presentation and participation skills.

Objectives

  • To develop confidence and public expression among students.
  • To connect academic life with current social concerns.
  • To cultivate discipline, participation and collective responsibility.

Implementation

The assembly is planned around themes relevant to social awareness, education, values and current issues. Students participate through presentation, reflection and collective engagement under faculty guidance.
